Missions to Kenya and Beyond
Missions to Kenya and Beyond (John 4: 34 - 38 ) New King James Version)
34 Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. 35 Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! 36 And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. 37 For in this the saying is true: ‘One sows and another reaps.’ 38 I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored, and you have entered into their labors.”
IPFA is active in organizing and leading missions in Kenya. We would love to host you, your Church, ministry or organization. Your mission to Kenya may be short or long-term depending on the vision the Lord has put in your heart. We organize our missions according to the mutually agreed goals and expectations of international missions wishing to come, reach, minister and empower communities in Kenya with the true word and love of God; relief (material, equipment, financial, skills and services); and community development programmes.
There is plenty of work to do in Kenya, a country that has emerged from very poor history of ethnic rivalry, conflicts and violence, extreme poverty, ignorance, bad governance and now the ravages of moral corrosion, HIV/AIDS, malaria, corruption, climatic change and witchcraft.
With relative peace being experienced since the worst post election violence in late 2007 and early 2008, those communities affect by the mayhem are now struggling to resettle in their villages amidst absolute poverty, diseases, hopelessness and hunger. There is increasing child abandonment and trafficking as families face extreme food shortages following the region’s third consecutive crop failure. Mothers have been forced to travel extreme distances to find meager work in exchange for some kind of food, leaving children behind who, in some cases, are fending for themselves. In addition to leaving them behind, some families are sending their children to larger cities to find food, making them vulnerable to abuse and exploitation.
Families are spending less on schooling for their children, basic health care, and agricultural inputs such as seeds and fertilizer, in order to pay for food. Millions of people are in need of immediate assistance spiritually and physically. Their helplessness and poor state of life puts them at great risks to confront life challenges.
Upon this background, we call upon missions globally to come and reach to the lost, needy and hurting souls in Kenya especially the coast, Rift Valley, Nairobi, Western and Nyanza. The East Africa region is ripe for the Gospel and the Willing Love of God. Come and work with us to fulfill the command of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20):
If you are of calling is building construction, education, healthcare, agriculture, engineering, teaching, training, church planting, preaching, evangelism or in any other field or calling, there's plenty for you to do in Kenya:

IMPORTANT: While in a mission in Kenya, you may need to visit tourist sites. Tourist site seeing can be arranged for you to any location or region of your choice in Kenya and the entire East Africa region. This depends entirely on your choice, expenses and proper planning before the mission.
